The buyer/buyers may have asked for inspections of your property, as noted in the paragraph entitled DUE DILIGENCE. This is at their expense and their choice of inspectors. The inspection can take several hours, and it would be best for you not to be there. There can be special instructions required with some tests and we will advise when we reach out to set up the date and time. Results may take several days to be conveyed from buyer to seller. The buyer has 3 choices after the inspections:
a. They can continue with the contract as-is.
b. They can attempt to re-negotiate terms or repairs.
c. They can back out of the deal.
If the buyer chooses b or c, these must be fully resolved within the time period set forth in the paragraph, or their contingency is no longer valid.
